Supported Independent Living & Specialist
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We support participants to live independently by assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and household activities in a safe and supportive home environment.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
We provide support for participants living in SDA homes, ensuring safe, accessible housing while promoting independence and quality of life.
Respite Care / Short-Term Accommodation (STA) – Temporary care to support

Horizon Support Group provides Short-Term Accommodation (STA), offering participants a safe and supportive place to stay while giving families and carers a break. Our respite services include assistance with daily living, engaging activities, and personalised support in a comfortable environment.
